I give lessons to students (Kindergarten and up) and to a variety of family combinations - Mother/Son, Father/Daughter, Grandparent/Grandchild. I have worked with Girl Scouts, Boy scouts, 4H, and Birthday groups.

There is a minimum of 3 people for all classes.
Please note the rates are reduced if you are a returning student or group.

All classes include:

  • Clay: (Low Fire White for student lessons and Stoneware for adult classes)
  • Wheel and Hand-building techniques and tips
  • Variety of Glazing options: Bright colors for student work and earthy tones for adult projects
  • Tools, aprons, brushes, etc are provided (Dress in grubby clothes)

Participants have access to:
  • Electric pottery wheels - 7 Brent wheels
  • Extruder - similar to a large play-dough machine
  • Slab Roller - used in hand-building to create flat pieces (ex. hand-made tiles)
  • Variety of glaze colors for Low Fire and Stoneware clay
  • Throwing and trimming tools
